Returns Process

Providing your return meets our Terms & Conditions outlined below:

Within the contents of your parcel, you will find a packing slip listing all the products from your order. Please clearly mark next to each item the following codes:

  • (R) for refund.
  • (E) for exchange, along with the size you wish to receive.
    Feedback and reasons for returns are greatly appreciated.

Please note, you can only exchange for a different size in the same product, and this is limited to one exchange per order.

  1. At the bottom of the packing slip, you will find the return address. Simply send the parcel to this address with the packing slip inside, along with the items, via your local post office or Royal Mail depot. Royal Mail and Parcel force are the only methods we recommend to ensure your parcel is returned correctly.

  2. Once the items have arrived back with us and have been checked, your refund will be processed immediately, and you will receive a notification via email.


Terms & Conditions for Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for refunds and a 28-day return policy for exchanges. Returns made after this period cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn or unused, with tags intact. You may also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase in case of any complications.

Please note: Shipping fees for returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the item being returned is incorrect or arrives damaged.
